The primary purpose of the preschool program at Westside Christian School is to assist parents in carrying out their God-given responsibilities regarding parenting. The Bible says in Ephesians 6:4, “Fathers, do not exasperate your children; instead, bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord.” Just as our Lord recognized the value of little children when He said in Mark 10:14, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these,” we at Westside Christian School realize the importance of education during the early years of children’s lives. This program is specially designed to provide a Christian environment that fosters the spiritual, mental, emotional, social and physical growth of the individual child.

 

The preschool program at Westside Christian School also serves children in the community. By doing so, it serves as a mission arm of our congregation through which families might be brought the Gospel message and, through it, be won for Christ.

 

The preschool program at Westside Christian School prepares children for success in kindergarten. Furthermore, we offer a continuation of the child’s education into kindergarten at Westside Christian School.

 

Westside Christian School provides preschool programs for both three and four year old children.
